Boy, I need a vacation continued...

Part II of vacation was at the end of May when Bob & I were off for our annual trip to Cancun. From start to finish, this was one of those vacations that was wonderful. We have been on great vacations before, but the trip there may have been the trip from hell, or the trip back took an eternity and the plane was packed and the guy sitting next to you snored the whole time in your ear, etc etc. You get the picture. Well, this trip began with our flight on time. Yes, I said ON TIME. And not only that but the plane was maybe 2/3 full, so no one sat next to us! We landed on time, customs was quick, our ride was waiting for us, our check in was fast, and our room - what can I say about our room. A picture is worth a thousand words so here are a few thousand words, picture form....

And then there were the meals.  Now, tasty food is one thing, but the presentation of the tasty food is an art form!

And the view as you ate, also added to your appetite!

Well, maybe not every view!

The flight home was as easy and uncrowded as the flight going!  Truly amazing!  May is probably going to be our new month to go to Cancun rather than Jan or Feb. Weather was beautiful (rained one afternoon for about 30 minutes), resort not crowded and the entire 11 days relaxing!
